ORDER CANCELLATION

RETAIL ORDERS

Our company operates exclusively in the wholesale of the products it sells. Our sales are made only to stores and resale companies. Only stores that are registered in our system can make purchases.

DELIVERY

Alpin Group Co delivers all its products by courier or shipping depending on what the customer has chosen in the shipping method during the order. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer and payment is made upon delivery to the respective courier or transport company that has been selected. If you have a courier code, please fill in the name of the courier so that the package can be sent with it. In the event that there are products in your order that are available and others that are not, then the package will be sent to you after we receive all the products of the order in our warehouses, unless you request a modification in the delivery of the products, after consultation with us.

RECEIPT

Upon delivery of the ordered products by the courier or transport company, we advise all customers to check: The number of items delivered if it corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice. The names of the products in the box if they are the same as those indicated on the invoice. If the package has been altered in any way. Any damage or loss of the package or products should be reported immediately. WITHDRAWAL / RETURN - PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement:

  • in all cases in which, with proven fault of Alpin Group Co, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.)
  • in all cases in which there was a problem / real defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product warranty and provided that the warranty has been given by Alpin Group Co

This provision does not apply to products covered by third-party warranties such as those from the product manufacturer or its representative.

In any case and for all the above cases, the customer has the choice either to initially not accept the receipt of the product or, after having received it, to return the product, within 20 days from the date of delivery. This return period for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced - repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (the IMEI must agree) and be in excellent condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (DA). Before any return, it is recommended to consult with the Alpin Group Co. online store. In case the products are not returned within 20 days, then Alpin Group Co. may not accept any return and replacement.

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

– contact the Online Store on the same day or the next business day

– the product has not been used

– the product is accompanied by all necessary documents.
